Refund Policy

We understand that students' schedules may change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both families and instructors.

  • 100% refund if cancellation is requested before the first day of the program, minus a $100 administrative fee.
  • 80% refund if cancellation is requested after the first day but before the third day.
  • No refunds will be issued after the third day of the program has begun.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@alpharootacademy.com. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
